The Clifton neighbourhood is a corridor just a quick 5-minute drive from Downtown. It runs North-South along Clifton Road from Clement Avenue up into the mountainous terrain of the Glenmore Highlands and surrounding McKinley landing (which is not yet accessible from Clifton Road). Much of Clifton is a mature neighbourhood, like the community of Magic Estates. There are also new developments like Sheerwater feature modern, luxury residences with lakefront properties. Clifton is a highly sought after neighbourhood because it is relatively quiet and tucked away from the business of the city but incredibly convenient. Children from the Clifton neighbourhood attend elementary school and middle school close by in neighboring Glenmore. High school students attend Kelowna Secondary School just a short 10 minute drive away (between about 4km and 10km away). All the amenities you need including: shopping, banking, restaurants, coffee shops, and more, are just a quick 5-minute drive down the hillside in Glenmore and Downtown. There are lots of options.
