A Modest Kelowna Condo
The Legacy is a low rise condominium building complex in the heart of Kelowna's Rutland neighbourhood. The buildings which were completed in 2008 by local developer R&B Construction feature a selection of modest residences with nice finishings.
At the heart of The Legacy is the 100-year-old Rutland Elementary Schoolhouse. As part of the development, the brick schoolhouse , originally built in 1913, was retrofitted as eight heritage condos. In addition to these, there are two other 4-storey condo buildings bringing the total number of residences to 138.
